Huu Thanh Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 3469/QD-UBND dated August 26, 2016 of Long An Provincial People’s Committee and was granted the first Investment Certificate by the Long An Economic Zone Management Board on August 16, 2019.
Huu Thanh Industrial Park with a scale of 524.14 hectares with a total investment of VND 5,253 billion built in Huu Thanh commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province promises to be an attractive investment location for investors.

Huu Thanh Industrial Park has a total area of 524.14 ha. Inside:

Industrial zone land: 395.41 ha
Land for management and service works: 5.02 ha
Land for technical infrastructure works: 5.37 ha
Land for green trees and water surface: 64.16 ha
Land for traffic: 54.18 ha

The industrial park is arranged with the following types of production:

Electrical industry, industrial electricity and household electricity;
Electronics, informatics, media and telecommunications industries;

税收优惠政策

Corporate Income Tax

Corporate income tax rate: 20% Tax incentives: The preferential tax rate is 17% for 10 consecutive years from the first year of revenue from the project. When this preferential tax rate expires, businesses will switch to applying the 20% tax rate. Tax exemption for 02 years and 50% reduction for the next 04 years from the date of taxable income. The tax exemption and reduction period is calculated continuously from the first year the enterprise has taxable income from the project; In case the enterprise has no taxable income in the first three years (from the first year of revenue from the project), the tax exemption and reduction period is calculated from the fourth year.
Import Tax

Enterprises are exempt from import tax on imported goods according to the provisions of law.
