Long Jiang IP is the investment project of Tien Giang Investment Management Limited in Tien Giang province, with 105 million US dollars of total investment capital. Long Jiang IP covers 600ha of land , of which 540ha for industrial park and 60ha for residential – service area. The IP was officially commenced the infrastructure construction in May 2008, to the year of 2012 it will complete the construction items of industrial park and marketing activities.

Long Jiang IP is strongly supported by the two governments Vietnam-China. The Vietnam Prime Minister – Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung, on June 25, 2007, signed the official letter no. 801/TTg-CN approving the construction, location and land using area of Long Jiang IP. Also in this year, Long Jiang IP in response to the calls of the Ministry of Commerce of China attended and admitted to be “the economic trade cooperation park of China in oversea”
Long Jiang IP is planning to attract 3 main industries of light industry and garment, mechanical electronic, chemical and construction material.

Abundant local labor sources
Tien Giang population is about 1.8 million people. In addition, plenty of workers also come from nearby provinces of Mekong delta provinces. Most of them are young, dynamic and industrious.
We estimate that within 15 km areas surrounding LJIP, there are about 800,000 to 1,000,000 residents from Tan Phuoc district, Chau Thanh district, My Tho city, Cai Lay district, Cho Gao district and a part of Tan An city of Long An province.

Power Supply
Up to now, the additional charge in industrial park is supplied from 110/22kV-3x63MVA transformer station of Long Jiang IP. Capacity of power consumption is 100MVA (about 53% of the total capacity of the transformer station ). The 22kV medium voltage power line system is covered to land lots in Long Giang IP. Long Giang Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd always consolidates and modernizes the power distribution network to factories and is promoting the plan to install more 110/22kV transformers in order to increase redundancy and supply stably to factories in Long Giang IP.
Water supply
The water is drilled from underground wells and is treated according to national standards for domestic use. Quantity Presently, water capacity is 10,000 m3 per day, however, current consumption is quite low at 8,000 m3 (accounting 80%).
Communication means
Long Jiang IP provides 4,000 telephone and ADSL lines to serve the requirement of enterprises in the park.
Waste water treatment
Enterprises are required to have their own treatment system to meet with the standards before being discharged into the central treatment system of Long Jiang IP as to the standards of TCVN6982:2001. The capacity of the waste water treatment is 48.000 m3/day.

Asphalted surface meeting the standards of VNH18-H30, widening to 24m and 15m.
