Power supply system
The VSIP-Bac Ninh Industrial Park enjoys a direct and reliable power supply from the national grid, ensuring an ample and uninterrupted flow of electricity to support both industrial production and daily operational activities within the park.
Clean water supply system
The water supply for Phase I is sourced from a water treatment plant with a daily capacity of around 10,000 m³, while Phase II boasts an even higher capacity of 13,000 m³ per day.
Wastewater treatment system
Located in the southeast of the project area, the VSIP-Bac Ninh Industrial Park houses a wastewater treatment plant that operates independently from the stormwater drainage system. Factories and plants within the park are obligated to pretreat their wastewater to adhere to Class B standards before discharging it into the centralized wastewater treatment system. Efficiently managing the wastewater flow, the industrial park employs three pumping stations with an average capacity of approximately 5,600 m³ per day, ensuring the smooth transportation of all wastewater to the park's treatment plant.
Transportation system within the park
The Industrial Park boasts a central road spanning 34 meters wide, accommodating 4 to 6 lanes, while the main roads within the premises measure 23 meters wide and feature 2 lanes.
Fire protection system
Fire hydrants are installed along the roads within the industrial park according to legal standards.
Communication system
A modern communication system offers an extensive array of postal and telecommunications services.
