Decision on establishment: Decision No. 300/QD-TTg dated April 14, 1998 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of My Xuan B1 Industrial Park.
Decision No. 1509/QD-BXD dated November 3, 2006 of the Ministry of Construction; Decision No. 118/QD-UBND dated January 18, 2018 of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.the Ministry of Construction approved the first planning of My Xuan B1 Industrial Park, and subsequent adjustments were made by the People’s Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau province. The total approved area is 227.14 hectares. In April 2020, the Prime Minister approved a reduction in the area of My Xuan B1 Industrial Park to 211.92 hectares, adding an expansion plan with a scale of 110 hectares.The industrial park is invested by IDICO Petroleum Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (IDICO-CONAC).
Total investment capital for this industrial park is 543.58 billion VND with a scale of 227.14 hectares. The land use structure is as follows:

Internal Transportation
The main road No. 1 is 1366.6 m long, the road bed width is 7.5+7.5 m and sidewalks on two sides; Internal roads No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 have the width of the roadbed from 7.5m-11.25m.
Power system
The power supply is supplied to the foot of the fence from the National grid managed and provided by Tan Thanh Electricity of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Power Company.
Water Supply System
Clean water is supplied to the factory fence . Water supply system from Toc Tien Water Plant; capacity 50,000 m3/day and night.
Wastewater System
with a capacity of phase 1 of 1,000 m3/day and night. The quality of treated water meets column A QCVN 40: 2011/BTNMT national technical regulation on industrial wastewater. The capacity of phase 2 is 2,000 m3/day and night builted in 2021.
Drainage system
The rainwater and wastewater drainage system is planned and built separately, running along the internal roads to ensure the collection of all rainwater and wastewater from factories in the industrial park.
Communication System
The communication system is provided by network operators such as VNPT, FPT, Viettel, etc. to ensure smooth domestic and international communication; Including full services: phone, fax, Internet…
Natural Gas System
Gas supply: By Vung Tau Low Pressure Gas Distribution Enterprise.
