The Lai Cach Industrial Park was approved for detailed planning under Decision No. 1728/QĐ-UBND dated May 22, 2008, by the People’s Committee of Hai Duong Province.
The Lai Cach Industrial Park was established according to Decision No. 1836/QĐ-UBND dated May 30, 2008, by the People’s Committee of Hai Duong Province. The registered investment capital for the project is over 468 billion Vietnamese dong, with an operational duration of 50 years (until January 1, 2057).
With its favorable geographic location, well-developed infrastructure, comprehensive facilities, and significant investment incentives, the industrial Park has gained its unique strengths in attracting both domestic and foreign investors. To date, it has become one of the most promising industrial Parks in the Northern region, and indeed, throughout the entire country.

Internal Transportation
The main roads within the industrial park have a width of 30m to 33m, while the branch roads have a width of 13.5m to 17.5m.
Electrical System
The electricity supply is provided by the Hai Duong Power Company, ensuring stable 24/24 power supply for businesses even during peak seasons or according to individual needs.
Water System
A portion of the water used in the industrial park is sourced from the Hai Duong Water Plant and the Cam Giang Water Plant, with a capacity of 20,000 m³/day and night.
Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage System
Waste Treatment
Solid waste from the factories within the industrial park is classified, collected, and transported to the centralized landfill in Hai Duong City.
Communication Information System
The entire communication system will be invested and constructed by the Hai Duong Provincial Postal Service to ensure efficient communication services for businesses worldwide.
Lighting System
Both sides of the road have designed and installed high-pressure Sodium 150W lamps, with an average distance of 30m between lamp posts, providing an average illumination level of 10 lux.
