The Prime Minister’s Decision No. 409/QD-TTh dated June 22, 2021 directed Gia Loc Industrial Park to invest in the development and operation of industrial park infrastructure. Nam Quang Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company is the industrial park’s investor. The overall land use size for the authorized project is 197.94 hectares, with a total investment of VND 2,062.5 billion. The project will be operational for 50 years, from March 2021 to March 2071.

The IP covers 198 ha, including 23.48 ha of Hoang Dieu industrial cluster.The remaining area is subject to recovery, which has been basically done by the district People's Committee with 173.83 ha of land cleared.
