In 2003, Dai An Industrial Park was established under the Decree of the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. It covers an extensive area of 135,96 hectares and is under the ownership and investment of Dai An Joint Stock Company.
On March 24, 2003, Dai An Industrial Park was established according to the Decision on the establishment and approval of the project to invest in the construction and operation of technical infrastructure for the industrial Park, numbered 739/2003/QD-UB, issued by the People’s Committee of Hai Duong Province.
The detailed construction plan for Dai An Industrial Park, Hai Duong City, was approved by the Ministry of Construction under Decision No. 732/QD-BXD dated May 27, 2003, and adjusted according to Decision No. 270/QD-UBND dated January 23, 2008, by the People’s Committee of Hai Duong Province .
Additionally, the industrial Park has allocated land for the construction of various support services, including retail stores, dining establishments, healthcare facilities, and childcare centers. Dai An Industrial Park also reserves land for vocational training facilities for workers and technical staff.
Investment Status in the Industrial Park
Dai An Industrial Park has fully leased 100% of its industrial land area to prominent projects, including:
– TOMOKEN Vietnam Company’s fire protection equipment manufacturing project.
– Prettl Vietnam LLC’s electronic cable production project.
– Taisodo Vietnam Company’s electronic component manufacturing project (Japan).
– Numerous other projects by investors from South Korea, Japan, and Vietnam.
